Cielo at Playa Vista
Cielo was completed in February 2012 and it is the final phase of the Icon development adding 26 detached, luxury single family homes. The ICON neighborhood was completed by two different builders. John Laing Homes started building in 2006 and then Lennar took over in 2011. The homes built by Lennar in the ICON neighborhood are considered Cielo’s.
