The Playa Vista Beach Shuttle begins service over Memorial Day weekend. A total of 2,870 passengers utilized the clean fuel shuttle service last summer on weekends and holidays from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day and even bigger turnout is expected this year.

The Beach Shuttle makes stops at the beach in Venice and at various locations throughout the Marina, with extended hours until 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.  The shuttle also connects with the Marina del Rey WaterBus, providing weekend boat transportation to six boarding locations throughout the Marina.

The shuttle will also take you to the Abbott Kinney Festival!
The complete dates and hours of operation are as follows:

• Weekends and holidays beginning Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day
• Fridays and Saturdays – 10am to 10pm
• Sundays and holidays, including July 4th – 10am to 8pm
• Abbott Kinney Festival
  

Due to all the road closures and limited vehicular access in the Marina, holiday hours will also be applied for the 4th of July.
